What battery does it take?

A replaceable coin cell, so when it dims you swap the cell rather than the whole pendant.

Will it clip onto a cat collar?

Yes. The metal spring clip hooks onto any collar in a second, no tools, so it works on a cat collar as well as a dog collar.

What are the three modes?

Steady, fast flash and slow flash. Steady gives you a constant glow to track them by; the flashes are the ones that catch a driver's eye. It comes in eight colors, including a Colorful option.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
