Shipping
Free shipping on orders over £50 in the UK, $68 in the US and $95 in Australia. Orders below the threshold are charged at checkout: £4.99 standard in the UK (£6.99 for express), and a flat rate internationally. You will always see the exact amount before you pay.
Where we ship: the UK, the United States and Australia.
Dispatch: orders leave our fulfillment partners within 1 to 2 business days.
Estimated delivery: allow 5 to 8 business days after dispatch, tracked the whole way. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. These are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods can add a few days. If your order is running late, email us and we will chase it.
Returns and exchanges
We want you and your pet to love every order. If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused, resaleable items in their original packaging.
- Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number.
- We will send instructions and a return label.
- Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
For hygiene reasons, certain items (such as opened treats or used grooming tools) cannot be returned unless faulty. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo and we will make it right straight away.
