Shipping
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on orders over £50 in the UK, $68 in the US and $95 in Australia. Below that, the cost is calculated at checkout: £4.99 standard in the UK (£6.99 for express), and a flat rate internationally. You will always see the exact amount before you pay.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders leave our fulfillment partners within 1 to 2 business days. After that, allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery, tracked the whole way. You will get the tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
The UK, the United States and Australia. More countries are coming.
Returns
What is your return policy?
If something is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to return unused items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com and we will set it up. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Each product page lists sizing and specs, and most have a full size guide with measurements and example breeds. Still unsure? Message us and we will help you pick.

Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna, all secured at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email contact@honeyandpaw.com as soon as you can. If your order has not shipped yet we will change or cancel it. Once it is with the courier we will help you return it instead.
