What is the difference between the 350 ml and 550 ml?

Capacity only. Pick the 550 ml for a bigger dog or a longer outing, and the 350 ml if you want something lighter to carry. Both come in Pink, White or Blue.

Will it leak in my bag?

It is gasket sealed and leak resistant, so it can ride in a bag. It is described as leak resistant rather than fully leak-proof, so keep it upright when you can.

Can I carry kibble or treats in it as well?

Yes. There is a separate food compartment alongside the water reservoir, so a handful of kibble travels in the same bottle as the water.

How do I carry it on a walk?

It has a wrist lanyard, so it hangs off your wrist and does not need a pocket or a bag. When they are done drinking, the fold-out trough tips the leftover water straight back into the reservoir.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
