Questions owners ask

Will it fit my car's rear bench?

It is 137 cm wide and 47 cm deep, made for a rear bench, and holds with headrest straps and seat anchors. Measure your bench width against 137 cm before ordering.

Can I use it flat as well as a hammock?

Yes. Zips convert it between a hammock, which stops a dog sliding into the footwell, and a flat bench cover.

Does it protect the doors?

Yes. Side flaps drop over the door cards, and the quilted Oxford fabric is scratch resistant as well as waterproof, so claws and wet paws stay off the trim.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
