This website is a retail store. We sell pet supplies to consumers in the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia.
Access to the site is free of charge. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or restrict all or any part of the site for business or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

PRODUCT INFORMATION, IMAGES AND PRICING
We make every effort to describe and picture our products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Images are for illustration and packaging may vary. Dimensions and weights are given as a guide and are subject to normal manufacturing tolerance.
Prices are shown in the currency you have selected and are confirmed at checkout before you pay. Where a product is shown with a reference to a previous price, that price was the price at which we previously offered the item.
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product information. Section 21 of our Terms of Service explains what happens if an error affects an order you have placed.
ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT AND BATTERIES
Some of the products we sell contain electrical components or batteries, including automatic feeders, pet cameras, water fountains and grooming devices.
Waste electrical and electronic equipment must not be disposed of with general household waste. The crossed out wheelie bin symbol on a product or its packaging means it should be collected separately for recycling.
If you are in the United Kingdom and buying a new electrical item from us, you may return your old item of the same type to us free of charge for recycling on a one for one basis. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com and we will tell you how. You can also find your nearest recycling point through your local authority.
Waste batteries must also be recycled separately and not placed in household waste. Most supermarkets and larger retailers provide free battery collection points.
Customers in the United States and Australia should follow the electrical and battery recycling arrangements operated in their state or territory.
PAYMENT AND CREDIT
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and other third party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
Where instalment or buy now pay later options are offered at checkout, those are credit products supplied by third parties such as Klarna under a separate agreement between you and that provider. HONEY & PAW LTD is not a lender. Approval is not guaranteed and is decided by the provider, not by us. See Section 5 of our Terms of Service.
PRIVACY AND COOKIES
Our Privacy Policy (https://honeyandpaw.com/pages/privacy-policy) explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it and what rights you have over it.
You can change your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer of this site.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If something has gone wrong, email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days, resolve them within 14 days, and provide a final response within 8 weeks.
We are not currently a member of an alternative dispute resolution scheme. If you are in the United Kingdom, you can get free independent advice from Citizens Advice. If you are in Australia, you can contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or your state or territory fair trading office. If you are in the United States, you can contact the consumer protection office of your state attorney general.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in July 2025 and is no longer available.
You retain the right to bring court proceedings at any time.
LIABILITY
Our liability to you is set out in Section 27 and Section 28 of our Terms of Service. Nothing in this notice or in those sections excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of the statutory rights you have as a consumer, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
APPLICABLE LAW
This notice, its subject matter and its formation are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non exclusive jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, nothing in this notice affects your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country in which you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
