Which size does my dog need?

The S bag is 34 x 17 x 25 cm for pets up to 3 kg. The M is 43 x 19 x 31 cm for pets up to 6 kg. Measure them standing, nose to base of tail and floor to shoulder; they should be able to stand up and turn around inside.

Can I wash the cushion?

Yes, the cushion lifts out and washes after a long day. The cushion and mat are cream in both bag colors and come in one size that fits both the S and M bags.

Does it have a shoulder strap?

Only with a Strap set or the Full Set. The Pillow and Mat sets come with the top handles only, so add a Strap set if you want to carry it hands-free.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
