Does it have to hook onto the box?

No. It hooks over the litter box rim if you want it out of the way, or stands on its own on the floor beside the tray.

Does it come with a scoop?

No, this is the holder only, in deep gray plastic. It wipes clean and will not rust the way a metal hook can.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?
