The plug-in diffuser and two 48ml refill vials. Each vial lasts about 30 days, so one kit covers roughly two months.

Does it work for dogs too?

Yes, pick Dog under the Pet option. Cat and dog formulas are separate, so choose the one for the pet you are trying to settle.

Will I be able to smell it?

Not with the Unscented option, which is odorless to people. There is also a Lavender option if you would rather the room had a scent.

Which plug do I need for the UK?

This kit comes with a US or EU plug only. If you want a UK plug, the Calming Pheromone Diffuser with Refill is the version that offers one.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
