What kind of liner does it take?

A standard bin-bag liner. Line the box, let them use it, then lift the bag out and tie it: the whole change takes about ten seconds.

Do I have to take the lid off to scoop?

No. There is an opening in the top for daily scooping. The lid lifts off completely when you want to swap the liner or give it a proper wash.

Does it suit anything other than cats?

Yes, it also suits rabbits and other small animals. It is PP plastic, fully enclosed, with a removable lid.

What is the difference between Beige and Blue?

Color only. Both versions have the same enclosed shape, lift-off lid and top opening, and both take the same bin-bag liner.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
