Which size do I need for a big cat?

Measure nose to base of tail and add half again for the length. A big cat usually needs the 60 x 40 cm footprint, which comes in Black or Grey with a 10, 15 or 20 cm basin. Pick the 20 cm basin if they dig hard.

Why is Khaki not available in every size?

Khaki is made in the three smaller sizes only: the 40 x 30 box and both 50 x 35 boxes. The three 60 x 40 sizes come in Black and Grey.

How do I clean it?

Lift the plastic rim off and the steel basin goes in the sink whole. The basin is one smooth, non-porous piece, so litter wipes straight out and it does not absorb odor the way plastic does.

Is a scoop included?

Yes, a scoop comes free in the box. Its color is sent at random, so it may not match the box you choose.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
