How do I change the litter?

Slide the stainless steel basin out like a drawer, so there is no lifting the whole box. For daily scooping, the top hatch opens without opening the front door. Litter capacity is 9 L.

Will the basin stain or smell?

The basin is 304 stainless steel, which does not stain or hold odor the way plastic does after a year. The shell is ABS plastic with anti-splash high walls.

Is the whole box colored?

No. The body is gray ribbed on all three versions; the color choice of white, yellow or pink is the lid only.

How long does delivery take?
