Questions owners ask

Does it fit the front seat?

Yes. It fits a front or rear seat and holds in place with reinforced seat anchor straps, so it does not slide when you brake hard.

What size dog is it for?

Small dogs. It is a booster basket that lifts a small dog high enough to see out of the window. No weight limit is published, so it is not the right pick for a medium or large dog.

Is it waterproof?

Yes. The quilted Oxford fabric is waterproof, so wet paws and a damp coat after a walk do not soak into the seat.

How much space does it take up when not in use?

Very little. It folds flat, so it can live in the boot between trips rather than staying strapped to a seat.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
