Should I attach it to a collar or a harness?

Always a harness, never a collar. The swivel clip on the other end attaches to the harness so the tether does not twist during the journey.

Can my dog still lie down?

Yes. The nylon webbing adjusts in length, so you can set it short to keep them in the seat or long enough for them to lie down.

How long does delivery take?
