What is included in each bundle?

Fountain only is the fountain with no filters. Fountain + 4 filters adds four filters, and the smart sensor bundle adds four filters plus the sensor. The 8 replacement filters option is filters only, with no fountain in the box.

How often do the filters need changing?

Roughly once a month. The 4 filter bundle covers about four months, and the 8 pack is the one to reorder when you run low, not the one to start with.

Is the pump noisy at night?

It is a whisper-quiet pump. With the smart sensor bundle it only runs when your cat comes near and sleeps in between, so it is silent for most of the night.

How big is it?

The basin is 16 cm across and 10 cm high and holds 2.2 L, with the tall chrome spout rising above it. The blue LED window on the front shows the water level without lifting the lid.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
