The pump is near-silent and runs off USB power. Rinse the fountain before first use and wash it regularly so the pump stays clear.

What are the White, Black and Filters options?

White and Black are the full fountain in that color. Filters is the replacement carbon filters on their own, without the fountain.

How often will I need to refill it?

The tank holds 3 L, which is days between refills for a cat. The rim is rounded, so there is no bump against their chin when they drink.

What does the filter do?

The activated carbon filter catches the hair and grit that put cats off a bowl, and it is replaceable, so you can swap in a fresh one rather than replacing the fountain.

How long does delivery take?

What if my pet doesn't take to it?
