How does the water refill itself?

The bottle sits upside down over the water bowl and siphons through a steel spring valve, so it releases water evenly as the level drops and stays topped up all day.

Can I use a different bottle if I lose the original?

Yes. The base takes a standard 28 mm drinks bottle, so any ordinary bottle screws on in its place.

How do I clean it?

The wet and dry partition lifts out, so both sides can be washed properly. Rinse it before first use and wash it regularly.

What is it made of?

Food-grade PP plastic in white, with a steel spring in the valve.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
