Both use the same 4 L hopper and app. The Double Bowl version feeds into two detachable stainless bowls; the Single Bowl has one.

What size kibble does it take?

Dry food from 4 to 18 mm. Check your kibble is under 18 mm across before ordering; it is not for wet food.

How are portions set?

Each portion is 6 g. You can schedule up to 10 meals a day with up to 60 portions per meal, all from the app over WiFi.

How do I keep it clean and the food fresh?

The bowls and the chute detach for washing. A desiccant box in the hopper keeps the last of the kibble as dry as the first.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
