Does it need power or batteries?

No. The kibble hopper and the water bottle both refill the bowls by gravity as your pet eats and drinks, so there is no cable, plug or battery to think about.

Which parts are colored?

The body is cream on both versions. Whale Ash or Peachy Pink is the color of the lid, the cat-face chute door and the water dish.

Is it easy to refill, and will it tip over?

You refill through the lid on the top, which lifts open with one hand. The bottle is top-heavy when full, so stand the unit against a wall where a determined cat cannot nudge it.

Does the water get into the food?

No. The base is a split bowl with food on one side and water on the other, so the kibble stays dry. The whole unit is 25 x 22 cm at the base and 22 cm tall. Rinse it before first use and wash it regularly.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
