It runs on mains power with a battery backup, so scheduled meals carry on if the electricity drops while you are away.

How do I clean it?

The bowl and the chute both lift out for washing, so nothing goes stale in the corners. It suits cats and dogs on dry kibble, in White or Black.

How long does delivery take?

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
