Questions owners ask

Does it work on cats?

Yes, it is for both dogs and cats. The pins reach the loose undercoat that a comb slides over, which is where most shedding hides.

How does the self-cleaning work?

Brush as normal, then press the button on the handle. The pin plate retracts and the collected fur lifts off in one piece, so you never pick hair out of the pins.

Are the pins metal?

Yes, stainless steel pins in an oval head on an ABS body with an ergonomic grip. The reverse side has massage nubs for a rub-down once the brushing is done.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
