Which size should I choose?

The S is 14 cm long with 1.5 cm pins and the M is 18 cm long with 2 cm pins. The S + M 2 Pack gives you both, which is handy if you have a cat and a dog.

Will it scratch the skin?

No. The stainless steel pins have rounded tips, so you can comb right down to the skin without scratching.

Does it work for cats and dogs?

Yes, it is made for both. The slim ABS handle helps you get around the face, ears and paws on either.

Does it pick up flea eggs as well as fleas?

Yes. The teeth are fine enough to catch eggs and loose undercoat along with adult fleas, so one pass does the flea check and a light deshed.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
