Questions owners ask

Is it battery or mains powered?

Mains powered. Choose the UK, EU or US plug option to match your sockets.

Does it use any chemicals?

No. It removes fleas and lice physically with suction, so nothing is applied to their skin.

Do I need to replace the filter bag?

The built-in filter bag is replaceable. Fleas are sucked into it and sealed away rather than falling back on the carpet.

Does it work on both cats and dogs?

Yes, it suits both. The fine steel teeth also work as a normal flea comb between treatments.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
