Measure the chest right behind the front legs. The XS fits a 34.3 to 40.6 cm chest and a 21.6 to 27.9 cm neck; the S fits a 45.7 to 50.8 cm chest and a 27.9 to 34.8 cm neck. Between sizes, take the S.

Is the leash included, and how long is it?

Yes, a 150 cm (59 in) leash comes in the set.

Can my cat back out of it?

It has four adjustment points so you can get it snug at the neck and chest, which is what stops an escape. Fit it so two fingers slide under the strap, no more.

Will it fit a kitten?

Only once their chest measures at least 34.3 cm, the bottom of the XS range. Below that it will not sit snug enough to be safe.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?
