Which size do I need for my dog?

Go by your dog stretched out, not curled up. The L is 60 x 40 cm, the XL 75 x 45 cm and the XXL 100 x 70 cm. If they fall between two sizes, take the larger one.

Does the cover come off to wash?

Yes. The cover unzips and goes in the washing machine, and the memory foam core stays out of the wash.

Will it fit inside a crate?

It has a flat profile made for crates. Match the size to your crate floor: L 60 x 40 cm, XL 75 x 45 cm, XXL 100 x 70 cm. The pillow end is raised, so allow for that at one end.

Is it good for an older dog with stiff hips?

Yes. The memory foam core takes the pressure off hips on hard floors, which is what an orthopedic mat is for. It suits all ages, cats included.

How long does delivery take?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
