Which size for a 30 kg Labrador?

The XL. The L is rated to 32 kg, but a 30 kg dog is near the top of it, and the tip on the size guide is to go one size up in that case. The XL sleeps 78 x 52 cm and takes dogs up to 40 kg.

Does the cover come off for washing?

Yes, completely. It is a fully removable cover that goes in the washing machine inside a laundry bag. The foam base stays dry underneath its waterproof inner lining.

How high is it?

The outer height runs from 18 cm on the M up to 24 cm on the 3XL, bolster included. That is a low step for an older dog to get in and out of.

Is the bolster all the way round?

No, it runs along three sides. That leaves one open side to walk in, and still gives a head rest without eating into the stretch-out space.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
