Questions owners ask

How big is it?

The Oval is 59 cm long, 38 cm wide and 20.5 cm high. Measurements for the Round shape are still to follow.

Does the mat come out?

Yes, the woven mat lifts out of the bentwood frame for cleaning or for swapping out seasonally.

Will it fit my dog?

It suits cats and small dogs. Measure nose to the base of the tail and add 15 to 20 cm, then check that against the 59 cm length of the Oval.

What is it made of?

A curved bentwood frame with a breathable woven hemp or rattan mat, so air moves through the mat and under the frame.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
