How do I measure for the right size?

Stand your dog on paper with weight on the paw, mark either side, and measure between the marks. Size 1 is 2.5 to 2.7 cm, 2 is 3 to 3.2 cm, 3 is 3.5 to 3.7 cm, 4 is 4 to 4.2 cm, 5 is 4.5 to 4.7 cm.

Will they fit a large dog?

The largest, size 5, takes a paw 4.5 to 4.7 cm wide, so these are for small dogs. If the paw measures wider than 4.7 cm, they will not fit.

Are they waterproof?

They are not described as waterproof. The upper is breathable mesh built to let air through on hot pavement, and the rubber outsole is what grips wet decking.

How do they stay on?

Each shoe closes with an adjustable strap, which is also reflective for visibility at ankle height. You get a set of 4.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
