Measure your pet before you order. If they land between two sizes, take the larger one.

Tip: measure the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail, and the chest at its widest point.

Which size for a cat?

Go by chest girth, measured unstretched. The XS is a 26 cm chest and 15 cm back, the S is 28 cm and 17 cm, the M is 32 cm and 22 cm. Measure the chest at its widest point and take the larger size if they land between two.

Will it fit a medium dog?

Up to a point. The largest size, XXXL, is a 40 cm chest and 40 cm back, with the XL at 36 cm and the XXL at 38 cm. That covers cats and small dogs; anything with a chest over 40 cm will not fit.

Is it machine washable?

Yes, on a cold wash. The elastic acrylic knit keeps its shape afterwards.

Does it come in other colors?

No, just Red Heart: a red knit with a cream scalloped yoke and a white heart on the chest, in all seven sizes.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
