What is the maximum pet weight?

It fits pets up to 7.5 kg, so cats and small dogs. Weigh your pet first if they are near the limit.

How big is the sling?

It has a 75 cm drop and measures 65 cm across. The outer is cotton canvas with a polyester lining.

How do I stop my pet jumping out?

Use the internal safety clip. It attaches to your pet inside the sling so they cannot leap out when a dog or a bus goes past.

Is there somewhere for keys and a phone?

Yes, there is a front storage pocket for the small things, so you can leave both hands free.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
