How many come in a pack?

You choose 4 or 8 spiral springs. The 8 pack is the one to get if you have more than one cat or want a few scattered around the house at all times.

Will my cat play with them on their own?

Yes, that is the point of them. They are light enough for a solo cat to bat and launch without help, and they skitter across hard floors in a way most cats cannot leave alone.

Are they safe to chew?

They are made from safety ABS plastic that resists scratching and biting. No toy is indestructible though: check them now and then and throw away any spring that starts to crack or come apart.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
