What surfaces will the suction cup stick to?

Smooth metal, glass and ceramic tile only. Painted walls, wood and textured surfaces are not on that list, so a window, a tiled wall or the fridge door is the spot for it.

Can I wash the feather?

Yes. The feather and bell lure is washable and reusable, so a rinse brings it back after a few weeks of drool.

How long is the pole?

85 cm of flexible fiberglass. That keeps claws well away from your hand if you hold it, and gives the feather plenty of travel when your cat swats it on its own.

Does it leave marks when I move it?

No. Twist the suction base off and it comes away clean, then stick it somewhere else.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
