Questions owners ask

What comes with each bird?

Every bird comes with a yellow elastic cord and a suction cup, whatever pack size you pick, so each one can hang from a door or window and bounce back when batted.

Can I get all three colors?

Yes, choose One of Each with the 3 birds pack for a brown, a blue and a green.

Are the feathers real?

Yes, the tails are real feathers on a fabric body. Check the toy during rough play and retire it once feathers or pieces start coming loose.

Does it chirp on its own?

No, only when touched. A sound module inside chirps each time the bird is batted, which is what restarts the hunt.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
