No. There is no heating element and no cable. A thermal insulation film inside the four-layer construction reflects your pet's own body heat back at them, so it only warms up once they are lying on it.

Which size should I pick for a cat?

Measure nose to base of tail and add 15 to 20 cm. The 40 x 50 cm is listed for pets up to 9 kg, so most cats fit the smallest. A sprawler, or a pet who lands between sizes, should go up to the 50 x 70 cm.

Can it go in the washing machine?

Yes, it is machine washable. With no wiring inside, the whole mat goes in, which is not something you can do with an electric pad.

Will it slide around on a hard floor?

No. It has a non-slip bottom, so it stays put on tile or laminate. It suits dogs as well as cats, with the 60 x 90 cm as the largest option.

How long does delivery take?

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
