No. A built-in aluminum film layer reflects your pet's own body heat back at them, so there is no cable, no battery and no fire risk.

Which size fits my crate?

Measure the crate floor and pick the pad that fits inside it. Sizes are S 50 x 40 cm, M 70 x 48 cm, L 88 x 58 cm and XL 115 x 72 cm.

Can it be machine washed?

Yes, the whole pad goes in the washing machine, which is the main advantage over an electric heat pad.

Does it work for cats?

Yes, for cats and dogs, and it is not limited to a crate. The anti-slip backing holds it in place in a car boot or on the sofa too.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
