How do I stop the tape paying out?

Press the thumb brake and it stops instantly. Push it further to lock the length, so you can hold your dog at a set distance while a cyclist or another dog passes.

Is it a cord or a tape?

A flat nylon tape, 5 meters long, with a swivel clip on the end and an ABS housing with a contoured grip.

Should I clip it to a collar or a harness?

A harness where you can. A dog hitting the end of 5 meters of tape puts a jolt through whatever it is clipped to, and a harness spreads that load. Never use it as a car restraint.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
