Questions owners ask

Which shape should I choose?

Three options: Oval 50 x 36 cm, Square 52 x 36 cm and Square 60 x 36 cm. All measure 36 cm on the short side; the 60 cm square gives the most room to stretch.

How does it mount?

On glass, with four heavy-duty suction cups, so the windowsill stays free.

Can I wash the cover?

Yes. The plush cover pulls off the MDF board and is machine washable, so fur build-up is a quick fix.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
