Will it fit the wand I already have?

It clips on with a wire clip and fits standard teaser wands. If your wand ends in a clip or a loop, it attaches in a second; if the toy is sewn onto the string, it will not.

Does it have a bell?

Most designs do. The bells are what pull a cat back to the lure once the feathers stop moving.

Is it safe to leave out?

Treat it as a supervised toy. Feathers and bells come loose when chewed, so play with it and then put the wand away.

Which design do I get?

You choose from Green Bird, Coffee Bird, Orange Bird and Grey Bird. Owning two or three lets you rotate them before your cat gets bored of one.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
