Will it fit a kitten?

It adjusts from a 19 cm to a 32 cm neck. Measure where the collar sits and allow two fingers of room. A very small kitten may still be under 19 cm, in which case wait a few weeks for them to grow into it.

Can I take the bell off?

Yes. The bell is removable, so you can run the collar silent indoors and put the bell back on when your cat goes out.

Can a small dog wear it?

Yes, it is for cats and small dogs with a 19 to 32 cm neck. The webbing is 1.0 cm wide. Do not clip a tether or car restraint to it, those go on a harness.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
