Questions owners ask

Does it float?

Yes, and high on the water, so it is easy to spot and grab in a lake, river or pool. The cut-away windows give a dog somewhere to bite to lift it out.

Is it a chew toy?

It is a fetch ball first. The rubber is durable, but the open cage is designed for carrying and bouncing rather than sustained chewing. Check it during heavy sessions and swap it out once pieces start coming loose.

How does it bounce?

Unpredictably. The cut-away windows mean it never lands square, so it skips off at odd angles on grass or hard ground and the chase does not get boring.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
