Questions owners ask

Which size should I get?

The S is 175 mm long and 50 mm wide and suits small to medium chewers. The L is 215 mm by 60 mm and is the better grab for large breeds. Both float and both have the teeth-cleaning groove.

Does it float?

Yes, and it sits high in the water, so it is easy to spot in a lake or a pool.

Is it safe for a heavy chewer?

It is chew-resistant TPR rubber that bends under pressure instead of cracking like hard plastic. No toy is indestructible, though: check it during heavy sessions and swap it out once pieces start coming loose.

How does it clean teeth?

The groove running down the center scrubs plaque off the back teeth as they chew, so a game of fetch does a bit of dental work on the side.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
