How big is the fish?

21 cm long, 8 cm wide and 29 g. That is long enough to hug with the front paws and rabbit-kick with the back legs, and light enough for a cat to carry off and drop at your feet.

Do I need to add my own catnip?

No. The catnip is sealed inside the filling, so it works straight out of the packet with nothing to sprinkle on or top up.

Will it survive a heavy chewer?

It is a cloth kicker, not a chew toy. The linen and PP cotton cope with grinding and kicking, but no toy is indestructible: check it during rough sessions and retire it once pieces start coming loose.

What is the difference between yellow and gray?

Only the color of the cloth. Both are the same 21 cm fish with the same hemp weave and catnip filling.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
