Is there a UK plug version?

Yes. Choose the UK plug under Plug Type. EU and US versions are listed as well.

How long does one vial last?

About 30 days for the 48ml vial, covering one room. When it runs out you replace only the vial; the plug stays in the wall.

Does it come with a refill?

It comes with its 48ml vial to start. Extra refill vials are sold separately, so you never need to buy the plug again.

Can people smell it?

No, it is odorless to people. Cats pick it up, you do not.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
