Questions owners ask

Is it dishwasher safe?

Yes. Peel it off the wall, rinse it or put it in the dishwasher. It is food-grade silicone, so there is nothing to scrub.

What can it stick to?

Tile, glass and smooth walls, using the suction cups on the back. It is made for the shower wall, so bath time has a distraction built in.

How much food goes on it?

About a spoonful of paste or wet food, spread into the textured petals in the center. That stretches a few seconds of eating into several calm minutes of licking.

Does it suit cats?

Yes, both cats and dogs. It works for a cat during grooming or a nail trim just as it does for a dog in the bath.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
