Which size do you need?

The size is the diameter across the top of the bowl. Shallow suits cats and flat-faced breeds, deeper suits a big eater.

Which size suits a cat?

The S, at 11 cm across and 3 cm deep. The shallow depth suits cats and flat-faced breeds that dislike pushing their face into a deep bowl.

Which size for a Labrador?

The L, at 18 cm across and 5 cm deep, is the one for a big eater. The M at 14 cm across and 4 cm deep suits a medium dog. If your pet falls between two sizes, go up.

Will it slide on a tiled floor?

No. A silicone ring on the base grips hard floors, so it stays put and does not clatter across the kitchen while they eat.

Is the paw print on the inside of the bowl?

No. The paw print is painted on the outside only. The inside is plain stainless steel, so food only ever touches steel.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
