Questions owners ask

How is it powered?

It is USB rechargeable, so there are no batteries to replace. The motorised ball inside bounces, moves and squeaks on its own.

Can I wash it?

The plush cover comes off and washes. Keep the motorised ball inside out of the water and only wash the shell.

Is it safe for a heavy chewer?

It is a chase toy, not a chew toy. Supervise a determined chewer, check it during heavy sessions and stop using it once pieces start coming loose.

Do I get all six animals?

No, one toy per order. Each character is sold separately, so pick Blue Pig, Red Pig, Hamster, Pink Pig, Pink Rabbit or Puppy. The ball is 15 cm across.

How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1 to 2 business days. Tracked delivery then takes 3 to 5 business days in the UK and 5 to 8 business days in the US and Australia. Standard delivery is free on orders over £49.

What if my pet doesn't take to it?

You have 30 days from delivery to send it back, for any reason. Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number. Change-of-mind items should be unused and in their original packaging; faulty or wrong items are sorted separately and are not limited by the 30-day window.
