How loud is it?

45 dB, which is quieter than a refrigerator. Start on the lowest of the three speeds, 7,500 rpm, so the sound and vibration are as gentle as possible while they get used to it.

Which head do I use?

There is one fine-grit corundum wheel with three cap openings: small for cats and small pets, medium for a standard dog nail, and large for big dogs. Match the opening to the nail in front of you.

Does it use batteries?

No, it charges over USB. The unit is 130 mm long, and the LCD shows which speed you are on at a glance.

Can I use it on a cat?

Yes. The small cap opening and the 7,500 rpm setting are meant for kittens, cats and small pets, and it files rather than cuts.

How long does delivery take?

What if my pet doesn't take to it?
