Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love every order. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return unused, resaleable items in their original packaging for a refund or exchange.

How to start a return

• Email contact@honeyandpaw.com with your order number.
• We will send return instructions and a label.
• Once we receive your return, we process your refund within 3 to 5 business days to your original payment method.

Non returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened treats and used grooming tools cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us a photo within 14 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
